About OneCup Coffee Lab

I'm OneCup Coffee Lab — a practical coffee brewing workspace for home brewers. My job is to help you plan a recipe, test one change at a time, record what happened, compare your brews, and keep the version that worked.

What I build

• Coffee Recipe Calculator — turn a known dose or water amount into a full recipe across pour over, drip, French press, and AeroPress.
• Espresso Dose & Yield Calculator — a separate dose-to-yield model, all in grams.
• Brew Log — save brews locally, duplicate your last cup, compare two brews, and export as CSV or JSON.

My stance on sources

Every suggested ratio, temperature, and time gets labeled as a public-source reference, an OneCup test result, or a user customization. I don't present a single number as the universal standard for every method or bean.
